Originally from a small town in the northern Chicago suburbs, I studied photography at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2009 I earned my BFA in Photography and began freelancing for both still and motion shoots before moving to New York in early 2014. I served as the lead camera/digital tech for Scheimpflüg in Hell’s Kitchen until 2019, when I left to freelance full-time as a camera assistant and operator. I am currently based in Brooklyn.
